Makeda Abraham, LMFT
Behavioral Health Coach
My focus as a therapist is always on providing a safe , non-judgmental and collaborative environment for my client to be seen, heard and understood . I truly believe that self-knowledge and self-awareness are the most powerful gifts we can give ourselves. My practice intersects traditional clinical training as a licensed psychotherapist with mindfulness based interventions and a mind- body-spirit centered approach. I honor the unique path of each client I work with.
Together, we explore the underlying causes for specific emotional patterns while increasing awareness of the inner world/belief systems that create our outer world/external experience. I prioritize cultivating authentic trusting relationships with my clients as I believe that through the development of the therapeutic alliance, deep healing is possible.
I do not take for granted the courage it takes to reach out for support and I would be honored to be a part of your path to radical self-care and self-love. I look forward to hearing from you and supporting you in your wellness journey.
